Manufacturing Engineers (Ref: 09/08)

ÉireComposites Teo. has vacancies for a number of Manufacturing Engineers in a variety of disciplines:
o Composites
o Assembly
o R&D
o Automation
o CNC Programming

Successful candidates will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating manufacturing methods utilising knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. The roles confer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
Opportunities exist in Production Support, New Programmes and R&D projects. Due to the nature of our business experience of composites materials and manufacturing processes is preferred; however, general aerospace industry experience will be highly regarded.
Manufacturing R&D roles will be specifically responsible for process development in the area of thermoplastic composites and as such should have relevant knowledge/experience in this area.
For those candidates applying for roles in Automation and CNC Programming aerospace experience is desirable but not required.
Prospective candidates will have a minimum of three years relevant experience, be self-motivated, a good team-worker and communicator, and will be enthusiastic and willing to update their skill-set in the company's core business areas.
