The objective of our Graduate Development Programme is to launch you on a fast track to career success. As a Graduate in ÉireComposites, you will be part of a multi-functional engineering and industrial production teams working on a series of rotations across our business in a culture that thrives on teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. Our graduate programme is designed to provide a range of learning opportunities and exposure to our business from experiences in Aerospace, Renewable Energy, Marine, Sport, Research and Development and Composites Testing
You will be encouraged to challenge yourself to increase your professional development and knowledge as you are immersed in innovative technology and procedures. You will gain experience as a project member and leader as you learn the ropes. Broaden your knowledge in quality, manufacturing and engineering procedures by working on cutting edge composite technologies. The programme will include a supportive learning environment and a customised learning and development plan which will include coaching, mentoring and ongoing feedback supported by HR. The focus is on obtaining practical engineering experience combined with highly valuable behavioral skills to support each graduate achieve their goals. The programme will support your career development into a permanent role with ÉireComposites that reflects your individual experience, capabilities, and passion.
A minimum of a 2:2 in Level 8 BEng in either Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Systems, Material, Aerospace or similar.
Full European/Irish Driver's License
